Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Linux and related engineering tools.
• Understanding of optics, wavelengths, and optical measurement systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder; able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and engineering teams to diagnose product issues and develop solutions.
• Provide application support for semiconductor inspection and metrology systems.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancements to software and engineering teams.
• Develop and deliver customer training, technical documentation, and best-practice materials.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer evaluations.
• Support sales with technical specifications and customer qualification processes.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers for installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and expertise.
