Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries about products and applications.

• Prepare schematics, designs, and cost/time estimates; write exceptions to customer specifications and quotations.
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and manufacturers to align on requirements and timelines.
• Visit customers with account managers for relationship development and order process optimization.
