Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two-year degree and related experience (5-8 years).
• Experience in highly regulated markets such as Aerospace/Military/Defense or Medical markets preferred.
• English fluency required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and sales inquiries for product advice and quotes.
• Support engineering on smaller projects, product investigations, and customer inquiries.
• Create CAD drawings and BOMs for standard or modified products; prepare documentation.
• Provide technical training to customers, distributors, and sales agents as needed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of assigned products and support post-sale activities.
