Job summary

LNS North America is seeking an experienced engineer to support the Engineering by providing technical expertise in the company's conveyor and coolant system product line. Conveys key customer and machine information to the engineering group to ensure accurate designs.

The position involves performing technical analysis of steady rest systems, providing information to the Kings Mountain facility, and building strong customer relationships while participating in product installations and trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years related experience and/or training may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of steady rest systems by viewing applications and recommending solutions for the US market.
• Provide detailed information to Kings Mountain facility to complete engineering functions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Attend trade shows as appropriate to promote the business.
• Collect information such as measurements, layouts, and performance expectations to meet customer needs.
• Participate in new product installations working closely with Product Manager.
• Follow up with first installation of special applications and makes necessary corrections to the application.
