Aerotech, Inc. is seeking an Applications Engineer to deliver precision motion control solutions for customers in industry, government, and academia. You will analyze applications, size and test components, support sales with quotations, and manage customer projects.

You will develop technical solutions, create documentation, and contribute to product knowledge while building strong customer relationships and supporting growth objectives.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Zero to five years of relevant experience in applications engineering or a related field.
• Combination of education and professional experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Review customer documentation and analyze applications to understand requirements.
• Engage with customers to gather insights about processes and determine motion system needs.
• Recommend appropriate motion components or systems based on requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for customer applications.
• Develop technical content for white papers and application notes.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
