Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG in Milpitas, CA is seeking a technical consultant for RF parametric testing to support both R&D and manufacturing projects.

You will demonstrate manufacturing solutions to customers, develop and test Rohde & Schwarz manufacturing test automation within customer environments, and collaborate with a global engineering team to drive product and process improvements. On-site support in the USA, with occasional travel to Asia or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Technical consultant for RF parametric testing supporting R&D and manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrate Rohde & Schwarz manufacturing solutions with different wireless modem chipset vendors to customers.
• Develop, integrate and test Rohde & Schwarz manufacturing test automation solutions within the customer’s test environment.
• Advocate to customers on Rohde & Schwarz manufacturing tools, creating test plans and test methods for WIFI/BT/UWB and 4G/5G testing.
• Support customers on site, mostly in USA but occasionally in Asia or Europe as per project demands.
• Be a part of global Engineering team, actively contribute with ideas on product and process improvements
