Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments. You will collaborate with Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to engage customers and ensure satisfaction, delivering technical seminars and training in the Southwest Region.

Responsibilities include pre/post-sales support, equipment demonstrations, start-up and training, and providing technical feedback to product teams to influence future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF and microwave test equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
