Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. seeks a technical support specialist for RF and microwave test equipment in the United States.

You will collaborate with Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, delivering pre/post-sales support, demonstrations and training. You will also develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions in the Southwest Region, assist with equipment start-up, and provide feedback to product teams to shape

Responsibilities

• Technical support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments and applications
• Work closely with a team of Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions in the Southwest Region
• Pre/Post-sales support, including customer demonstrations, equipment start-up, and training
• Consultant to customers involved in research, development and test of RF and Microwave products and systems
• Provide technical feedback to product developers to influence product enhancements and future roadmaps
