Makino is seeking an Aerospace Applications Engineer to support the sales force with a focus on aerospace structural and engine components, performing test cuts, machine demonstrations, and customer startup and training across the Mid Central region (TX, KS, OK, MO).
You will work with multi-axis (3, 4, and 5 axis) machining on state-of-the-art Makino machines, set up NC programs, build tooling, and provide on-site applications support to customers and the sales team.

The Aerospace Applications Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales force, from a technical applications engineering viewpoint, with primary focus on aerospace structural components and aerospace engine component manufacturing for test cuts, machine demonstrations and customer startup and training. This is an opportunity to focus your experience with multi-axis (3, 4, and 5 axis), high speed machining techniques, and disciplines working on the most state-of-the-art machines in the industry. This position will cover the Mid Central region (TX, KS, OK and MO).
