Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or 2+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years hands-on machining/CNC experience as an alternative.
• Experience in aerospace and tight-tolerance machining is preferred.
• Multi-axis CNC, Fanuc/Makino controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced milling and grinding platforms with 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining.
• Develop machining processes and NC programs.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and dressing rolls.
• Simulate programs in Vericut; execute on Makino platforms.
• Conduct test cuts and machine demos.
• Provide post-sale support and training at customer sites.
• Document project results and process plans.
