Job summary

Vincere is seeking an Application Engineer / Inside Sales Support to join our HVAC team in a remote role. You will handle order processing, technical submittals, and support Regional Sales Managers with product inquiries including make-up air units and air handlers.

The ideal candidate has HVAC systems knowledge and a background in similar technical engineering roles, with the ability to prepare calculations and technical documentation for industrial/commercial HVAC projects.

Application Engineer / Inside Sales Support to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.

This Application Engineer / Inside Sales Support will be responsible for order processing, technical submittals, supporting the Regional Sales Managers with HVAC products including make-up air units, air handlers, dehumidification systems.

The Application Engineer / Inside Sales Support should have knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC systems with experience in a similar technical engineering HVAC industry position. This is a remote position.

Application Engineer / Inside Sales Support Role –

• Responsible for order processing, technical submittals of HVAC products including make-up air units, air handlers, dehumidification systems
• Prepare calculations, selections and technical documentation for industrial/commercial HVAC applications
• Support outside sales team and Regional Sales Managers with technical queries
• Review application requirements to ensure the HVAC solution is progressed
• Liaise with various engineering departments to support project handling

Application Engineer / Inside Sales Support Requirements –

• Experience in HVAC, industry HVAC, mechanical equipment or a similar technical environment
• Background in an Application Engineer, Applications Engineer, Sales Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Project Engineer or similar position
• Engineering degree or higher level qualification would be preferred
• Able to work with calculations, submittals, technical documentation
