MAHLE, Farmington Hills, MI, is seeking an Application Engineer & Project Manager. You will lead product development programs, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction across MAHLE’s global network.

The role combines engineering insight with project leadership, requiring multi-account management, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with OEM development processes to support innovative mobility technologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from a four year college or university and two years related experience or training.
• Demonstrated experience simultaneously managing multiple account/customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of contract negotiations and product development required.
• Good general base automotive technical knowledge, including powertrains, vehicle testing, and MAHLE’s product suite.
• Familiarity with OEM product development systems and processes required.

Your Contribution

This position has combined responsibilities of both Application Engineer and Project Manager. Leadership and overall responsibility for the Product Development Process (PDP) of the MAHLE projects from assigned customer(s) and products. Application Engineer & Project Managers take full responsibility for all aspects of applicationengineering duties for the assigned customer projects.
