Job summary

Keysight Technologies in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to engage with channel teams and customers and grow our power and general‑purpose product portfolio. You will deliver presales technical expertise, develop presentations, demos, and training materials to support digital demand generation initiatives.

You will work with customers and field teams to understand test requirements, recommend instruments and configurations, and troubleshoot issues, leveraging your 5+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with 5+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with Keysight power products and general-purpose measurement products.
• Experience creating application notes, technical demonstrations, training materials, or customer presentations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical presentations, application notes, webinars, example code and demonstrations.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to customers, sales engineers, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, specifications, and performance tradeoffs.
• Troubleshoot instrument, measurement, and software issues.
• Work with customers and field teams to understand test requirements and recommend appropriate instruments, configurations, and measurement methods.

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Application Engineer to engage with channel team and customers to grow Keysight’s power and general-purpose products portfolio. This position requires an ambitious individual with a passion for working with key customers to understand their application and test requirements. You will work in a team environment to provide presales technical and application expertise in the creation of application content to support our digital demand generation initiatives to drive awareness and preference for power and general-purpose products.

• Experience creating application notes, technical demonstrations, training materials, or customer presentations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Pay Transparency

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills. Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

New Jersey Pay Range: Minimum $112,830 – Maximum $188,080

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
