Job summary

Stability Technology in Long Beach, CA seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead a team delivering enterprise ERP integrations and cloud-based services across an ERP landscape and integration platform.

You will own the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, drive API strategy with APIM, and enforce CI/CD in Azure DevOps, while ensuring scalable, secure solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a development management or technical lead role.
• Hands-on ERP platform experience (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle) and understanding of data models, business processes, and integration points.
• Proficiency with modern development frameworks such as .NET Core, Node.js, or Java Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and managing RESTful and event-driven service layers.
• Working experience with Azure API Management — including API policies, subscriptions, products, OAuth/JWT security, and rate limiting.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and API-first development principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers building and maintaining ERP-integrated applications and supporting service layers
• Own the technical roadmap for application development, aligning delivery with business priorities and architecture standards
• Drive adoption of modern development frameworks and best practices across the team
• Oversee the design, development, and governance of APIs through Azure API Management (APIM), including policy configuration, versioning, security, and developer portal management
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and ERP functional leads to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including sprint planning, code reviews, release management, and post‑deployment support
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling
• Partner with ERP vendors and third‑party integrators to deliver reliable, maintainable integrations
