Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product development/design.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree alternative).
• Experience designing and developing high-speed connectors, cable assemblies and cable systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical reasoning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Full technical responsibility for planning, organizing, and conducting technical projects involving design and evaluation of connectors and cable systems.
• Work with customers and management to develop custom products meeting requirements.
• Conceive and plan projects, manage fabrication of components and prototypes.
• Create documents defining products, specifications, BOMs and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sites to meet customer needs and cost targets.
