Job summary

GracoRoberts in the Eastern U.S. is seeking an experienced Application Development Engineer (ADE) to partner with aerospace and advanced manufacturing customers on material selection, qualification, and implementation projects.

This outside sales role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development to deliver innovative solutions and grow the customer base, with compensation including $100K-$110K salary plus bonus and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in composites or aerospace materials, or related technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace composites manufacturing.
• Experience with commercial/military aircraft or rockets preferred.
