• Solid understanding of relational databases, data mapping, and transformation.
• Proven ability to create and maintain process diagrams, configuration documentation, and end-user manuals.

Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Developer and database administrator to execute system improvements and maintain high-quality backend logic.
• Documentation Ownership: Partner with the team to map workflows; take the lead on creating and maintaining process diagrams, flowcharts, SOPs, and user guides to ensure no technical debt is left behind.
• Integrated Support: Assist in ensuring consistent data flow across internal systems, providing the documentation necessary for team-wide visibility.
• Low-Code Platform Support: Assist the database administrator in building tables, managing field logic, and adjusting user roles, while maintaining stable, documented operations.
• Deployment & Feedback: Support the rollout of system changes by communicating updates to end users and gathering feedback to share with the broader development team.
• Technical Assistance: Debug and troubleshoot system issues in coordination with the team to improve overall usability and reliability.

The Internal Systems Developer works as part of a collaborative technical team, supporting our existing Internal Application Developer and database administrator to maintain and expand our internal systems. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who will lean into process documentation and platform support, ensuring that internal operations are efficient, well-documented, and scalable. You will act as a key link between user needs and technical execution.

• Low-Code Platform Interest: Willingness to learn and master a low-code application platform's configuration, reporting, and workflow automation (training and certification support provided)
