PACK Power LLC in Fargo, ND is seeking an Application Developer to build, integrate, and support software used by HR, operations, finance, safety, and field teams. You will translate architectural designs and business needs into reliable, well-tested software that scales as the company grows.

You will work with end users, develop APIs and data integrations, automate workflows using AI tools, and contribute to low-code solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in application development, systems integration, or support.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs and data integrations.

Mansioni

• Develop, configure, and enhance business applications following architecture standards.
• Build and maintain integrations between HRIS, ERP, project management, timekeeping, safety, and finance systems.
• Develop and consume APIs, data flows, and middleware connections.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and support applications for business users.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Test changes with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Follow cybersecurity and data privacy requirements in development.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with architects and teams to deliver designs and solutions.
• Gather requirements from HR, Operations, Finance, Safety, and Field teams.
• Help implement AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Build OCR and AI document-processing for project docs, drawings, and safety forms.
• Create automations and low-code solutions to reduce manual data entry.
• Stay current on technologies, low-code platforms, and best practices.
