Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking an Application Developer for its Fargo, ND office. The role focuses on building, integrating, and supporting applications used by HR, operations, finance, safety, and field teams.

You will turn designs into reliable solutions and help scale across multiple states, while collaborating closely with end users. The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver who enjoys user interaction and wants to grow in integration, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS.
• 3–5 years in application development or integration.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud services and Git.
• Experience in construction, energy, utilities, or industrial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance business applications per architecture standards.
• Build and maintain integrations between HRIS, ERP, project management, timekeeping, safety, and finance systems.
• Develop and consume APIs, data flows, and middleware connections.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues for business users.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Test changes before release: unit, integration, and UAT.
