Job summary

Peterson Technology Partners is seeking a Sr. Manager - Application Development (Workday) to lead multiple engineering teams supporting Workday and HR/Finance applications.

You will drive development, modernization, cloud adoption, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and CI/CD while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate is a strong technical engineering leader with experience managing Agile/Scrum teams, AWS applications, legacy modernization, and enterprise software

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of Agile/Scrum teams in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with Workday and HR/Finance applications.
• Experience with AWS, cloud adoption, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience in regulated financial services environment is preferred.
• Ability to drive modernization, security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Finance application portfolio, including Workday, integrations, reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC, architecture to production support.
• Develop roadmaps with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster high-performing teams and DevSecOps adoption.
