We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in package-based solutions such as SAP and Oracle, systems analysis, and application lifecycle management, and a proven ability to define scope and requirements, translate needs into specifications, and guide successful testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Work individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet client requirements.
• Participate in team planning and contribute to Client Support goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in product testing and validation as needed.
• Act as liaison between end users and technology teams during consulting projects.
• Research and document client needs, technologies, and regulations impacting systems across multiple platforms and applications.
• Define product scope, objectives, requirements, specifications, and data models for development and testing.
• Create detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Devise and modify processes and procedures to improve efficiency and solve complex business process problems.
• Provide software-specific design, realization, testing, deployment, and release management for client solutions.
• Support technical and functional application management of package-based solutions.
• Apply functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
• Manage workload, provide progress updates, and demonstrate flexibility to meet objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical degree or related work experience.
• Subject matter expertise in relevant package-based solutions such as SAP or Oracle.
