Job summary

DR Software Services seeks an experienced Application Consultant to analyze customer requirements, implement DELMIAWorks/IQMS ERP/MES, and guide go-live across North America. This full-time role reports to a Manager of Application Consultants and involves heavy travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate will have ERP implementation experience in manufacturing settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely or onsite with customers. Travel up to 85% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Providing an analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives, and working with them to meet those objectives
• Defining project scope and working with clients to implement the solution in their environment
• Implementing the DELMIAWorks/IQMS solution successfully in the customer’s environment, and getting the customer live
• Gathering process information from the client’s current workflow, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to gain or improve efficiencies
• Assisting customers with application testing and rollout
• Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion
• Assisting customers’ end users with training and support
• Providing trip summaries with action items to customers, in a timely manner

Position Overview

The Application Consultant will provide an analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives and work with them to meet those objectives. They will also implement the DELMIAWorks / IQMS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solution successfully in the customer’s environment and get the customer live.

This is a full-time salaried position, based at various locations, reporting to a Manager of Application Consultants.
