What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage technology solutions for clients, ensuring successful implementation and support
- Lead clients through processes, providing training and resolving issues related to product utilization
- Conduct business analysis, including gap analysis and requirements elicitation, to understand client needs
- Oversee user acceptance testing and change management processes to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services to support client growth and success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of utility customer (meter to cash) life cycle
- Familiarity with utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience working with both business and IT groups
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within North America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing software implementation to the utility sector
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to client interactions
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration
