Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Application Automation Analyst based in Charlotte, NC. The role supports users of Tungsten Automation (Kofax RPA) and assists engineers with problem resolution in a hybrid setup that can be virtual but must be based in Charlotte.

Primary duties include designing efficient automation, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation. The position involves after-hours on-call rotation and collaboration with product owners and developers.

Qualifications

• Two years of application development experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL or scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• RPA platform experience preferred, Tungsten Automation (Kofax RPA) or others like Blue Prism/UiPath/Power Automate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC; willing to work on-site or remotely as required.

Our client seeks an Application Automation Analyst to support users of Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA) and assist engineers with problem resolution. The role addresses complex issues with general supervision, applies core concepts to varied work, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

Education Requirements

Associate Degree. In lieu of degree, one year of prior equivalent work experience in an Application Analyst or server administrator role.
