Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking an Application Analyst II to configure and support our software applications and maintain the integrity of databases supporting ThedaCare systems. You will work with operations to gather requirements and coordinate issue response with vendor support, while helping mitigate risks during implementation and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years in IT, and EPIC certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• EPIC Certification(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Researches and implements enhancements or software configuration to optimize application functionality.
• Collaborates with end users and team members to develop solutions meeting business requirements.
• Identifies resolutions to complex questions from end users in a timely, positive, and professional manner.
• Assists in understanding impacts of system changes and integrations with outside systems.
• Develops and monitors standards and best practices to streamline workflows.
