Job summary

Lake Charles Memorial Health System is seeking an Epic Application System Analyst II to provide moderate-level support and configuration for Epic and related applications. You will troubleshoot, design, configure, and maintain systems while coordinating vendor engagement for implementations and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
Associate degree OR 3+ years Healthcare IT experience OR Epic Certified Analyst OR 5 years healthcare operations experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitates vision, development, and implementation of efficient technology and application systems.
Evaluates technology and application capabilities; analyzes workflow and data flow; documents system requirements.
Provides technical and end-user support for assigned Epic and related applications.
Communicates clearly in writing and verbally; prepares professional business correspondence.
Establishes relationships with customers and vendors and ensures security and privacy of data.
