This role is responsible for the support, development, and continuous improvement of Wausau Supply’s Interform and M3 Document Output platform for labels and documents along with its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, as well as the management and timely resolution of application support requests. The Application Support Analyst will work closely with other IT resources, vendor partners, and developers to gather requirements and design and implement technology solutions that meet business objectives with a high degree of quality.

Duties To Include, (but Not Limited To)
Interform and M3 Document Output Support and Development
  • Support, design, develop, and maintain labels, documents, and templates across Interform and M3 Document Output as needs and compliance evolve for document output for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including data mapping, triggering, output formatting, and print/delivery failures of documents and labels within the Interform and M3 Document Output solutions.
  • Partner with vendor and internal teams to capture logging, troubleshoot and elevate issues, and deliver enhancements while ensuring alignment on priorities.
Dynamics 365 CRM Support and Maintenance
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 CRM system, serving as first-line support to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues, escalating net-new development and architectural work to senior IT resources.
  • Perform routine configuration and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM — including forms, workflows, views, dashboards, and reports — and implement enhancements under guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve web-to-lead and website feed issues — including field mapping, date formatting, and lead routing — between external sites and Dynamics 365.
  • Administer email integration — server-side synchronization, mailboxes, and queues — and resolve email routing failures.
  • Investigate data and record-level issues by querying Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (FetchXML, Dataverse Web API, SQL) to validate integrations and diagnose data problems.
  • Triage and resolve issues across all Dynamics 365 modules — including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights (Marketing) — resolving configuration problems and escalating platform-level defects.
  • Assist senior IT resources with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) enhancements and integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Support Ticket Management
  • Support the intake, triage, prioritization, and timely resolution of application support requests through the ticketing system.
  • Document issue resolution, root cause, and knowledge-base articles to enable users and reduce recurring tickets.
  • Communicate status and resolution to requestors and stakeholders, and ensure alignment on priorities with team members and management.
  • Track and report on ticket volume, resolution times, and service levels to support continuous improvement.
General
  • Gather requirements and translate technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Define and coordinate testing procedures, and assist with testing new releases prior to use in a production environment.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support on an as-needed and rotational basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Application Analyst will possess and/or demonstrate the ability to:
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and create detailed requirement and process documentation.
  • Independently manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while balancing support and project workloads.
  • Remain highly organized and flexible, reacting well to issues with attention to detail.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
  • Learn new technologies and keep abreast of the latest technological advances.
Technical Skills
  • Interform (or a comparable label/document generation platform) — label and document design, development, and support.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform — configuration, maintenance, and support of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights), including forms, workflows, views, dashboards, and reports; working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with development performed under guidance or in support of senior IT resources.
  • A plus: familiarity with the Infor M3 ERP ecosystem, SQL, XML, and EDI; and relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service), or PL-400/MB-400 (Power Platform Developer).
Education / Experience
  • 2 years of related experience, or 5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and building materials, along with an associate or bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred).
  • Experience supporting and developing enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, or document/label platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, system integrations, and databases.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Working Demands / Physical Requirements
  • General office conditions with continuous sitting and heavy computer usage.
