Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience, or 5 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and building materials, along with an associate or bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred).
• Experience supporting and developing enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, or document/label platforms.
• Strong understanding of business operations, system integrations, and databases.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• The Application Analyst will align technology with business strategies to optimize productivity and communication, collaborating closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization and its business partners.
• This role is responsible for the support, development, and continuous improvement of Wausau Supply’s Interform and M3 Document Output platform for labels and documents along with its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
• The Application Support Analyst will work closely with other IT resources, vendor partners, and developers to gather requirements and design and implement technology solutions that meet business objectives with a high degree of quality.
• Duties to include, (but not limited to):
• Interform and M3 Document Output Support and Development: design, develop, maintain labels, documents, and templates across Interform and M3 Document Output.
• Dynamics365CRM Support and Maintenance: provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
