Sotalent is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Applications Analyst to lead the Order to Cash track. The role is hybrid from Yorba Linda, CA, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

You will serve as the SME for O2C, guiding end-to-end system designs, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration across PLM, S2P, and R2R on the Oracle Fusion platform. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Oracle Fusion platform; Oracle EBS R12 experience considered.
• Participation in at least two full cycle Oracle implementations in a manufacturing environment focusing on O2C.
• Deep functional knowledge of Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, AR, and GL.
• Technical proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and O2C data models.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system designs for the O2C track and related extensions.
• Facilitate workshops to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage configurations, modifications, and integrations using CEMLI standards.
• Oversee platform stability, incidents, license management, and quarterly releases.
• Develop and maintain BR100, MD50, and TE40 documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, system validation and production deployments.
• Enforce data governance and regulatory compliance.
