Job summary

Lee-County-Clerk-of-Cour is seeking an Application Administrator to keep critical applications running securely and efficiently in the Innovation and Technology Department. You will troubleshoot, configure, upgrade, and document systems, manage security, and ensure data quality across environments.

You will provide SQL support, create secure user access, and coordinate data migrations while collaborating with project teams. Some off‑hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor‑level IT or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years hands‑on application administration experience, or equivalent.
• ITIL v4 knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across data, configuration, and software components.
• Manage configuration, installation, and maintenance for assigned systems.
• Provide SQL administrative support and secure user access across applications.
• Document configurations, mappings, processes, and service records in detail.
• Plan and execute major upgrades, releases, and patches.
• Coordinate data migrations between dev, test, and production environments.
• Validate daily disaster recovery processes, including log shipping.
• Conduct QA testing on purchased and in‑house solutions.
• Track incidents, changes, and problems using standard logging tools.
• Collaborate on project teams and be available for occasional off‑hours work.
