Are you an iManage expert ready to step into a high-impact role at a top law firm?

We are looking for an Applications Administrator to join a growing IT team and lead the management of our iManage Cloud suite — including Work, SPM, Threat Manager, and more.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with room for growth!

What You’ll Do:

• Own iManage administration and escalated support
• Automate workflows + improve integrations
• Lead upgrades, support projects, and improve security tools
• Collaborate across InfoSec, Governance, and UX teams

Hybrid schedule: 60% in-office (will consider DC, Boston or NYC), 40% remote

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of iManage Work admin experience
• Strong API, PowerShell, and scripting skills
• Experience with SPM, Threat Manager, or Records Manager a big plus
• A team player with law firm tech experience is ideal
