Job summary

Techforce Services is seeking a qualified engineer to provide L2 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.

You will analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues in a 24/7 production environment, collaborate with development teams to identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes. Proficiency with OpenShift, Kafka, and Camel is required, along with strong ITIL-based incident management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on application support for Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Azure and container-based deployments.
• Exposure to Kafka and Apache Camel for message flow monitoring.
• Proficiency with OpenShift for deployment support and debugging.
• Solid ITIL knowledge with incident and problem management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (APAC/EMEA/Americas).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in a 24/7 production environment.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services.
• Support deployments and operational activities on OpenShift, including pod debugging, log tracing, and service monitoring.
• Handle datarelated activities involving PostgreSQL databases, including query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong handson expertise in application support for applications involving Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and containerbased deployments.
• Exposure to Kafka and Apache Camel for message flow monitoring.
• Proficiency in OpenShift for deployment support, pod debugging, and service monitoring.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident/problem management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (APAC/EMEA/Americas).
