Job summary

Open Systems Technologies is seeking a production support engineer to maintain and troubleshoot Java/Spring Boot microservices, with additional responsibilities across Angular/React front-ends and REST-based distributed systems. The role emphasizes on-call readiness, incident response, and cross-team collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in production support, strong Linux skills, and experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes containers, monitoring tools like Grafana, and DevOps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application production support experience.
• Troubleshooting experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience supporting Angular and/or React applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS containers.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Experience using Grafana and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident, problem, and change management processes.

Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
