Job summary

K&A Appliance Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Associate for the Exton, PA location. This full-time role requires moving and unloading appliances, loading into customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean showroom and warehouse with a co-worker help.

Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, have a valid PA driver's license, and demonstrate excellent attendance and accuracy. Prior appliance handling is a plus. Training occurs at the Lancaster County location.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack appliances for extended periods.
• Must have a valid PA Driver's license.
• Excellent attendance and high accuracy in work tasks.
• Experience with moving and unloading appliances is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load appliances into/out of trailers using a hand dolly.
• Load appliances into vehicles for retail customers, requiring lifting with a co-worker.
• Clean appliances and handle freight safely to prevent damage.
• Operate a 2-wheel dolly and pallet jack; maintain a clean warehouse and showroom.
• Support training periods and adapt to Exton store operations.
