The role focuses on designing and developing engaging training materials and eLearning courses for appliance repair, collaborating with SMEs and multimedia specialists to deliver effective technician development content.

Responsibilities include creating digital assets, developing assessments, ensuring accessibility (WCAG), and organizing updates as models evolve.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in instructional design, education, technical communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience developing technical training or eLearning content, ideally in appliance, HVAC, or similar mechanical/electrical service industries.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and Microsoft Office Suite; strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging technical training materials and eLearning courses on appliance repair.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and multimedia specialists to create content for technician development and customer service excellence.
• Create digital assets (interactive modules, simulations, manuals, knowledge checks) using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
