Job summary

Northeastern Appliance Service, Hudson Valley's premier Sub-Zero service partner, is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and service premium residential appliances. We offer factory training, a company vehicle, and long-term career growth with full-time, year-round employment.

You will work with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove brands, delivering outstanding customer service while performing repairs in customers' clients' homes and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years appliance repair experience, with training offered.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium residential appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on repairs and maintenance.
• Complete accurate service documentation, maintain company equipment, and safely perform repairs in customers' homes.

As the exclusive service partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove throughout much of the Hudson Valley, Bronx, Brooklyn, and western Connecticut, we provide our technicians with factory training, premium customers, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium residential appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on repairs and maintenance

• Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience ( we are open to training determined individuals )

• Experience servicing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology to document repairs and complete work orders
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and pull up to 50 lbs.
