Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to support our multi-family portfolio in southern New Jersey, based at Gabrielle Run Property in Toms River.

Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, and installing appliances such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, electric and gas ranges, and air conditioners. The position requires trade school training and refrigeration certification, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience.

• Minimum of 3 years experience.

Overview

We're currently seeking an Appliance Service Technician for our multi-family portfolio of properties, with at least 3 to 5 years of industry experience.

This position will be full-time and be based out of our Gabrielle Run Property, Toms River, NJ

This position will be responsible for our southern, NJ properties

Responsibilities

You will perform repairs, maintenance and installations on the following equipment:

• Washers
• Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Refrigerators
• Microwaves
• Electric Ranges - Gas Ranges
• Air Conditioners

Qualifications

• Trade school degree and refrigeration certification
• Minimum of 3 years experience
