Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Commercial Laundry Maintenance Technician to work out of Piscataway, NJ. The role involves travel between sites in central New Jersey and performing preventive maintenance on laundry equipment.

You’ll diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults, service Laundroworks/ESD systems, and coordinate with attendants to keep operations running smoothly. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing commercial laundry equipment (any major brand).
• Comfortable with 120V-240V single and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience with gas dryer burner assemblies and gas valve systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Valid driver’s license — travel between sites.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in hot, humid environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial washers and dryers (gas & electric).
• Diagnose and fix electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults — control boards, motors, bearings, valves, and more.
• Service card-operated payment systems (Laundroworks & ESD) and bill changers at our vended locations.
• Coordinate with wash & fold attendants on machine availability and repair timelines.
• Inspect plumbing, water pressure, and drainage; coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Track parts inventory and log all maintenance activity.

We are currently seeking Full Time Commercial Laundry Maintenance Technician to work out of our Piscataway, NJ location.

Will do light travel between sites in central New Jersey.
