Job summary

Agren Appliance in South Portland, ME, is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers select products, complete purchases, and deliver top-tier service. Training is available for reliable, organized candidates who are eager to learn.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays, handle price checks, returns, and warranty questions, and collaborate with team members to ensure a great shopping experience. Prior retail exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases.
• Provide top-tier customer service and answer questions.
• Stay up-to-date on products, pricing, and rebates.
• Educate customers on warranties and returns policy.
• Process credit applications and refunds as needed.
• Assist in opening/closing store operations and maintaining a clean sales floor.
• Collaborate with other sales staff and departments to ensure a great customer experience.
