Specific Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes
Provide options with cost estimates and collect payment from customers
Keep company vehicle and equipment clean
Complete notes and make phone calls for authorization as required
Participate in training and grow as a technician
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
