Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair appliances at customer locations efficiently and with high quality.
- Deliver excellent customer service and value-added solutions.
- Maintain company vehicle and manage parts inventory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with testing and repair tools.
- Experience in appliance repair preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and use a smartphone for parts ordering.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.
- Flexible working hours, including overtime.
- Strong communication skills and ability to read technical texts.
