Job summary

This full-time, non-exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with overtime available. Entry-level welcome with hands-on guidance; strong diagnostic skills and ability to read schematics are valued. Starting pay is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Entry level – no prior appliance repair experience required.
• Ability to read schematic diagrams, product manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Strong diagnostic ability and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in customers' homes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete service calls daily and provide work cost estimates.
• Diagnose and repair appliances using schematics, manuals and guides.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Work independently in the field.
