Hometown Hero Appliance Repair is seeking an Appliance Repair Apprentice / Technician to join our Midwest team. We train you from scratch, with a real ladder from apprentice to master tech and beyond, so you can grow while you earn.

You’ll work in customers’ homes, solving puzzles on every call. Start at $20/hour while you learn; pay increases with performance, plus commissions and bonuses. Full benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and referral bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn a skilled trade through apprenticeship.
• Able to interact professionally with customers.
• Willingness to work in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Learn appliance repair through hands-on practice.
• Progress from apprentice to certified tech via training.
• Work on in-home service calls and diagnose issues.
