Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a capable Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm; pay rate $25.73/hr, flexible based on experience. Training provided, with opportunities for multiple career paths and strong benefits.

The role emphasizes safety, professional interactions with customers, and ongoing education through seminars and certifications to stay current with product changes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in appliance delivery/installation preferred.
• Valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.
• Deliver white-glove service with excellent customer service.
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Install appliances and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Handle basic gas/electric appliances accurately per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure installations are damage-free and fully functioning.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Perform driver duties as needed.
