Job summary

Ferguson is seeking installation associates to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances for commercial and residential settings. The role offers training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a family-friendly company.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with route completion; pre-employment screening required; strong focus on customer service and safety. This is a physically demanding, on-site position with career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance installations.
• Valid state license required.
• DOT Medical card required to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 90+ pounds with assistive equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read product specifications and plans is preferred.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installs with training provided.
• Handle basic gas and electric appliances.
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and functioning.
• Interact with builders, designers, on-site customers.
• Attend training seminars and certifications.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
