Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. You’ll join a family-friendly culture with paid training, great benefits, and multiple career paths.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and hands-on learning with a clear path for growth. Starting pay ranges from $19.34 to $29.00 per hour, with monthly pay structure noted for non-salaried roles and eligibility for bonus or incentive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery and installation experience.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with lifting equipment.
• Ability to deliver white-glove customer service.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation; training provided.
• Handle and install gas and electric appliances according to specifications.
• Ensure installations are damage-free and fully functional.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on product changes.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
