Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Associate in Pensacola, FL. You will deliver, install, and remove a variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring proper installation per manufacturer specs and safe operation.

You’ll interact with builders and customers, participate in paid training, and occasionally perform driving duties. A valid license, DOT card, and ability to lift heavy objects are required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery & installation experience preferred.
• Must have valid state license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally using lifting equipment.
• Ability to provide white glove service and excellent customer care.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training and certifications.
• Perform driver duties as assigned.
