Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an on-site appliance delivery and installation associate in Pensacola, FL. You will learn and perform basic appliance installations, ensuring safe, accurate, and complete setups for washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.

Role requires a valid license, 21 years or older, and the ability to lift heavy items. You will engage with builders and customers, participate in training, and contribute to white-glove service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance delivery and installation experience preferred.
• Valid state license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to deliver white-glove service.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance delivery and learn custom installations (training provided).
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and fully functioning.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
