Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an Installation Associate in Mobile, AL. You will deliver and install appliances in both commercial and residential settings, learning advanced installations with training. The role emphasizes safe handling, accurate placement and customer-friendly service.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm with overtime as needed. A valid license and DOT medical card are required, with the ability to lift heavy loads and provide white-glove service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Appliance Delivery & Installation experience preferred.
• Valid state issued license required.
• Follow DOT standards and regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must maintain a DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 70+ lb frequently and 90+ lb occasionally.
• Deliver white glove service and excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installs with training.
• Handle gas and electric appliances safely and accurately.
• Ensure appliances are installed per manufacturer specs and fully functional.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and customers on site.
• Attend company-paid installation training and stay updated on product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
