Big Sandy Superstore in Ohio is seeking an Appliance & Electronics Technician to diagnose and repair customer units. Our team is committed to excellent service and employee growth.

You will contact customers daily, run scheduled calls, diagnose units, order parts, install components, and document each step in the work order. We value teamwork and a self-starting attitude with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances and electronics.
• Contact customer at start of each work day and run scheduled calls.
• Order parts and document comments in the work order.
• Install parts on units and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document call in the system after any failed repair attempt.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer's home.
• Complete additional tasks within the agreed time-frame.
